We've enjoyed following the talented Brent Haddock as he regularly captures spectacular images of landscapes and wildlife in our area.  Brent is hard core, up at the crack of dawn or up through the night in the elements to be able to share these amazing moments.  His work is also for sale if you need something extra special to add to your home.

As the saying goes, people move to Park City for the winter but stay for the summer.  Each season is equally beautiful in Park City and variety is the spice of life, right?  We're sad to see winter go but so ready to enjoy spring.

The effort Summit County has made to get the Covid-19 Vaccine administered has been truly impressive.  They have been using the film studio at Quinn's Junction as the "stage" in which to set up an efficient, friendly drive-thru process.  We have never seen so many happy, professional volunteers before.  Steps every day to get Park City to a safer place.

The Park City Film Series is a long standing tradition in town.  Held in the Jim Santy Auditorium in the beautiful building that was once the PC High School, the Park City Film Series feels like an extension of Sundance with interesting, thought provoking films.  Be sure to review the pandemic protocol on their site and enjoy the movies!

Most home seekers are on the internet looking at property which makes it imperative that your brokerage makes marketing their priority.  That's one of the top reasons I selected Sotheby's.

The change of seasons is always bitter-sweet as all of the seasons in Park City are incredible.  Winter is fading away as spring makes it's entrance.  This means last turns on the mountain, extra sunshine, and preparation to swap out ski gear for cycling and hiking gear.  All things considered, the 2021/2022 ski season turned out pretty great!

We're surprised but we'll take it! Vail has discounted their Epic Pass for the 2021/2022 season.  No time like the present to buy a ski condo if you're not already living the Park City Life.

Black Rock Ridge is a desirable community just outside of Park City.  Convenient to Highway 40, Park City, Kamas, Heber, and Midway with access to trails, close proximity to the rail-trail and the Jordanelle Reservoir.  Best of all I hear this is a fun community.

I've lived in Park City for over 30 years and there are still times when I'm in absolute awe of this place.  Last night while looking at property in upper Pinebrook we spotted this beautiful herd of elk.  Pretty incredible.
