Ski Resort Real Estate Report

We've found that all mountain ski-resort towns are special in their own ways.  This report compares real estate sales in the west's mountain resort towns.  It's interesting to see how they compare and we still think that Park City is undervalued compared to some of the other resort towns.  Reach out to Doug with any questions 435-731-0170

Park Silly Market Returns

As the saying goes, people move to Park City for the Winter but stay for the Summer.  Park City summers are beautiful with so much going on in and around town.  One of the local favorites is the Park Silly market with local venders, farmers market, music, food, friends, and beer!  This summer-time staple returned last weekend, be sure to visit.

Sundance Film Fest Returns to Park City

Great news to hear that Sundance will be returning to Park City in 2022.  This event, unique to Park City, is a part of the town's culture however exciting, chaotic, entertaining, star-studded, and action-packed as it might be.  I know we'll be there to see at least a couple films and people watch on Main Street.

Bonanza Flats - Park City Life

The area between Guardsman and Empire Pass is called Bonanza Flats.  In recent years this area was conserved and this winter became a winter wonderland for fat bikers, cross country skiers, and hikers on snowshoes.  In the summer we like to go up there for sunset picnics but we are already looking forward some snowy fun next winter.
