Quarter Two Market Report - Average Sold Days on Market
As a part of Summit Sotheby's Q2 2021 Market Report, we continue to see homes sell in shorter average days. The homes in Park City that are under 2M are selling very quickly while homes above that price point are selling more quickly than in the past but relatively slower that the lower price points.
